Our Story
Crawford & Associates started in 2011 when the economy was messy and most companies were just trying to survive. Our founder realized business leaders didn't need more consultants talking at them—they needed someone who could listen, diagnose problems quickly, and recommend fixes that made sense. The practice grew slowly. Deliberately. We turned down projects that weren't a good fit and kept our team small on purpose. That's still how we operate. Over 13 years, we've worked with manufacturing firms, retail operations, service companies, and distribution networks. Some were large. Most weren't. Each one taught us something. Today we're based in Iași but serve clients across the country.
